Services

I offer wellness-based services including:
Yoga, meditation, breathwork, Leela Game sessions, workshops, private events, and The Glow Method.
These services are educational and supportive, not medical or psychological treatment.

Booking & Payment

Because payments are not processed on the website:
• We first connect via text/call to choose your session, date, and details.
• A 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking (Venmo, card, or other agreed method).
• The remaining balance is paid after the session.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Cancel 24 hours before and your deposit is fully refunded.
• Late cancellation (under 24 hours) or no-show = deposit is non-refundable.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund of the deposit.

Client Responsibility

By booking, you agree that:
• You are responsible for your physical and emotional well-being.
• You will practice within your limits and communicate any injuries or concerns.
• All sessions are voluntary and you may pause or stop at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, videos, audio, methods, and The Glow Method framework are copyrighted.
You may not copy or distribute any materials without written permission.

3. Refund Policy

Deposits

• Deposits are refundable only with 24-hour notice.
• Non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

Workshops / Events

• Tickets or spots in group workshops are non-refundable once reserved, unless the event is cancelled by me.

Digital Content (future courses)

• All digital and prerecorded offerings will be non-refundable once delivered.

They are not a substitute for:
